Detailed Guys – Terms & Conditions
1. Quotes & Pricing

All quotes are valid for 7 days from the date issued.
Prices are subject to change based on vehicle condition, additional services requested, or unforeseen labor/material costs.
Any additional charges will be discussed and approved before work begins.
2. Bookings & Deposits

A non-refundable deposit of $25 is required to secure your booking. This amount will be applied toward your total service cost.
Deposits must be paid at the time of booking to confirm the appointment. Unpaid bookings may be canceled without notice.
Rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours' notice. Deposits may be transferred to a new appointment but will be forfeited for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
3. Payment Terms

Payment is due immediately upon service completion.
Accepted payment methods: Cash, Credit/Debit Card, Zelle, and Other Approved Methods.
Late payments beyond 24 hours may incur a $10 late fee per day until the balance is settled.
4. Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service to avoid additional fees.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations will result in a forfeited deposit and may require full prepayment for future bookings.
5. Membership Terms

Memberships are non-refundable and cannot be transferred.
Members must maintain an active subscription to receive discounted rates and unlimited washes per the plan terms.
Abuse of the membership (e.g., booking excessive washes beyond reasonable use) may result in termination without refund.
6. Liability & Vehicle Condition

Detailed Guys is not responsible for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to scratches, paint defects, or interior stains.
Customers must remove personal belongings before service. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
While we take great care in our services, we are not responsible for damages resulting from pre-existing conditions or improper maintenance.
7. Weather & Service Limitations

In the event of extreme weather conditions, bookings may be rescheduled for safety reasons.
If a vehicle’s condition is beyond standard detailing (e.g., excessive dirt, pet hair, or biohazard cleanup), an additional fee may apply.
